At Greenliness.com we are committed to providing a satisfying, beneficial and fair shopping experience.
In all cases, please do not return anything without first receiving a Returned Merchandise Authorization number (RMA #). No returns will be accepted without our Return Authorization Number.
1. You have changed your mind and the product you purchased has not been opened
- Unopened products can be returned for a full refund of the product cost, however we will not refund the shipping cost.
- If it is within 7 days of receipt of your item, you will receive a full refund of the product cost.
- After 7 days and within 90 days, we will accept returns and will refund you the product cost minus a 15% re-stocking fee.
- In both cases, please go to our Contact Us page and in the notes section tell us what you want to return. Also provide your order number. We will provide you with an RMA# that should be written on the outside of the box in which you ship the product back to us.
2. You have changed your mind and the product has been opened
- Opened, but “like new” products can sometimes be refunded the entire product cost, but typically we need to reduce the refund because we can no longer sell the item as a new item. You should assume there will be at least a 15% “opened return” fee, though it is up to our discretion what discount we consider fair, based on the condition of the return. As with un-opened items, we will not refund the shipping charges.
- Please go to our Contact Us page and in the notes section tell us what you want to return. Also provide your order number. We will provide you with an RMA# that should be written on the outside of the box in which you ship the product back to us.
3. The product does not work to your satisfaction
- We want you to be satisfied. Please use our Contact Us form or call us at 800-975-7670 for support with your product. We also expect to be building a support page for our products that will have frequently asked questions and links to manufacturer support information.
- If it is decided that you need to return the product, we will provide you with an RMA# that should be written on the outside of the box in which you ship the product back to us. With defective products we will pay for the shipping to replace your product with the same item.
